They Shall Walk^tm  is a Washington State registered charity. Contributions to They Shall Walk are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS.

They Shall Walk Education and Outreach exists to benefit the research and development of They Shall Walk, They Shall Walk technologies, and the LIFESUIT. TSW-EO operates under the non-profit umbrella of the Protocol Foundation, a 501(c)3 support organization in Washington State.

Not all activities of TSW-EO are tax deductible. Registrations and fees related to events and activities are not tax deductible up to the value received by the participant or participating organization. Donations above the value received by the participant or participating organization may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS. Specific donations exclusive of events and activities to TSW-EO may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS.

Tax receipts and letters for the purposes of tax deductions shall be issued on behalf of They Shall Walk Education and Outreach by the Protocol Foundation
